Oreo needed arrived in Canada in May 2022. In January 2023 he had a bowel blockage and needed life saving surgery or he would die. The surgery costs $6000 and his family just did not have the funds. Our rescue stepped in to help but now we need to cover the bill! We currently owe $4000. Any help would be appreciated!
